List of Project Transactions

OBJECTIVE

The List of Project Transactions function is used to check hours broken down into Enter Hours and Enter Hours - Invoicing options.

 

The Enter Hours – Invoicing option is not a standard system option.

 

PREREQUISITEs

  • Transactions must have been entered using the Enter Hours option.
  • Transactions must have been entered using the Enter Hours - Invoicing option, if this option is installed.

Generating a List of Project Transactions

  1. Select the information based on specific requirements.

Field

Description

Hour Distribution

Displays transactions entered using the Enter Hours option, if the box is checked.

Distribution of billable hours

Displays transactions entered using the Enter Hours - Invoicing option, if the box is checked.

Accounting Dates Range

Dates in the Breakdown grid for the hour entry transaction.

Entry Dates Range

Date on which hours were entered. Date entered in the Hour Transaction Summary, Date Entered column of the Enter Hours option.

Printing Order

Used to determine the list using the listed options: Entry order (by counter number), Accounting Date, Entry Date, Supplier and Work sheet.

Transaction Status

Available values:

Combined

All transactions.

Not Transferred

Only transactions that have not been transferred.

Transferred

Only transactions that have been transferred.

User Code

Used to include project transactions for one or more users.

NOTE: The system displays users based on the security settings defined in Security Management.

Hours to pay

Displays transactions for which the Bank column is not check in the Breakdown grid of the Enter Hours option.

Banked hour not paid

Displays transactions for which the Bank column is check in the Breakdown grid of the Enter Hours option.

Paid Banked Hour

Displays transactions for which the To Pay column is checked in the Banked Hours Management grid of the Enter Hours option.

  1. Click on Accept.
